Labtech has a modern multilayer manufacturing facility, which allows the company to meet the technical challenges from our global microwave customers in the telecommunication, defence, satellite communications and professional high frequency markets.

• A wide range of PTFE glass reinforced materials are used with dielectric and matched bond films
• Fusion bonded PTFE multilayers are catered for and Labtech has specifically adapted multilayer presses to achieve bond temperature in excess of 400 ° C
• Embedded resistors, capacitors and connector assembly are available with full microwave test up to 40GHz. Labtech can also supply PCB's with Ohmega ply buried resistors.
• Blind and buried vias achieved sequentially and plugged vias available.
• Precise machined pockets with excellent "Z" axis control and edge plating removal. Laser ablation of pockets is also available.
• As a leading PCB manufacturer, Labtech can supply Multilayer PCBs can be supplied with metal cores and metal backing. PTH isolation from metal core is also achieved
• Mixed dielectric structures can be supplied with a wide range of different material styles.
