ENHANCED CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM NEW WEBSITE
Labtech, the Broadband microwave components and microwave manufacturing specialist, has launched a new look website to promote its wide range of products and enhance its customer service.
The company, which has manufacturing centres of excellence in Presteigne and Milton Keynes, includes its new range of Thin Di-electric Material (TDM) Modules, low cost standard amplifiers and Detector Log Video Amplifiers (DLVAs) on www.labtechmicrowave.com
It is also developing a customer access portal on the website to provide real time order status information. The revamped website, which includes data sheets, product sheets and the latest company news, is part of a drive to further improve customer service.
