TDM modules
Labtech has developed a range of low cost drop in style and SMD TDM (Thin Di-electric Material) modules comprising of organic substrates on metal carriers with a bonded cover. Labtech has already developed a family of Gain Modules, which have PHEMT single and multiple stages between the frequency range 2-18GHz. Further gain modules up to 30dB and temperature compensation can be offered. Detectors could also be included if required.
Labtech has design capabilities for a wide range of modules including MMIC or PIN SPDT Switches, VCO's and Variable Attenuators. Labtech's expertise utilising it's unique TDM technology and design expertise gives significant opportunity to supply low cost modules for a wide range of applications.
